PLEUM. AI Co., Ltd. (the "Company") receives and processes reports claiming infringement of copyright or other content rights within the PleumRouter service (the "Service") under the procedure below. This procedure is based on Article 103-5 of the Copyright Act of Korea (measures against copyright infringement on information and communications networks) and Article 44-2 of the Network Act (requests for deletion of infringing information).
Article 1 (Reporting Channel)
Report copyright or other rights infringement by email (copyright@pleum.ai). The Company sends an acknowledgment within 2 business days of receipt.
Article 2 (Information to Include)
To enable a prompt review, please include the following in your report.
- Information identifying the rights holder (name of a natural person, or company name and representative of a legal entity) and contact details — where a representative reports on the rights holder's behalf, information sufficient to confirm the delegation
- Information identifying the work or right claimed to be infringed (title, basis of the right, etc.)
- Where the allegedly infringing material is located within the Service (URL, screen path, or other identifying information)
- The specific grounds on which infringement is claimed
- A statement that the report is true and made in good faith
Article 3 (Procedure and Timelines)
(1) Acknowledgment — the Company replies confirming receipt within 2 business days of receiving the report.
(2) Review — the Company verifies the rights holder and the specificity and obviousness of the infringement claim, and may request supplementation from the reporter.
(3) Action — where infringement is found, the Company deletes or blocks the relevant information or takes other necessary measures under Article 44-2 of the Network Act.
(4) Notice of outcome — the Company notifies the outcome and its reasons to both the reporter and the member who posted the material.
Article 4 (Counter-Notification by the Poster)
A member who receives notice of an action may submit rebuttal materials (evidence of the right, or of lawful use such as fair use or quotation) to copyright@pleum.ai. The Company reviews the materials, decides whether to maintain or re-examine the action, and replies. Even while a counter-notification is pending, the Company may carry out measures required by applicable law.
Article 5 (Nature of the Service)
The Service is an API routing intermediary that integrates multiple external AI model providers. Outputs generated when members call a model (text, images, video, audio, etc.) are not permanently posted or distributed in the Company's own storage; they are delivered transiently in response to the member's request or made available for reference for a limited period. Claims concerning the generated output itself are, in principle, governed first by the terms and reporting procedures of the relevant model provider, and the Company can guide you to the appropriate channel. Materials stored or posted within the Service are handled under the procedure on this page.
Article 6 (False Reports)
A reporter may bear liability for damages caused to other users or rights holders by an action taken on a report made by a non-rights-holder or knowingly false report.
